These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter CGU) regulate access to and use of the Website under the domain WWW.LINGUALOGIC.ES (hereinafter referred to as the Website), owned by "LINGUALOGIC, S.L.", hereinafter LINGUALOGIC, and with CIF no. B42607101 with registered office at AVENIDA DEL MONTGO, 12 G, 03700 DENIA (ALICANTE), registered in the Mercantile Registry of the province of ALICANTE, Volume 4165, Folio 39, Section 8 Sheet A-162373 I/A 1, telephone no. 966435481 and email lingualogicacademy@gmail.com, other identifying data appear in the Legal Notice, made available to the User who browses or interacts through the Website.

- PURPOSE.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, "T&Cs") regulate access, browsing and use of the Website accessible through the WWW.LINGUALOGIC.ES domain, as well as the responsibilities arising from the use of its contents, understood as texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information. as well as any other creation protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property.
The main purpose of the Website is to provide corporate information about LINGUALOGIC, as well as to allow direct contact with the company through forms.
Access to the Website by the User is free of charge, without prejudice to the fact that the use of certain services may require prior registration or the contracting of specific services, which will be subject to their own contracting or booking conditions.
The use of the Website confers the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in these T&Cs in the version published at the time of access. Therefore, if you do not agree with any of the clauses established herein, you must refrain from using this website.
LINGUALOGIC reserves the right to amend the T&Cs without prior notice and at any time. Likewise, LINGUALOGIC reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or cease operating the Website at any time. Consequently, the User must read the T&Cs carefully each time he/she intends to use the Website.
"Use of the Website" means any User who accesses and browses the Website, regardless of whether they fill in contact forms, registration, registration as a user, subscription, incidents, comments, among the functions that may be carried out on the Website.

The User undertakes to comply with the T&Cs, as well as to comply with the special warnings or instructions contained on the Website and to always act in accordance with the law, good customs and the requirements of good faith, using their utmost attention taking into account the nature and consideration of the service they enjoy. To this end, they will refrain from using the Website in any way that may impede, damage or deteriorate the normal functioning of the same, the goods or rights of LINGUALOGIC, its suppliers, its distributors, the rest of the User or in general of any third party.
Specifically, and without this implying any restriction on the obligation assumed by the User in general in accordance with the previous section, the User undertakes to use the Website:
- Using the Website for purposes that are illicit, illegal or contrary to the provisions of these T&Cs, good faith and public order.
- Not to introduce, store or disseminate on or from the Website any information or material that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, threatening, xenophobic, pornographic, advocating terrorism, inciting violence, discrimination on grounds of race, sex, ideology, religion or that in any way violates the form, public order, fundamental rights, public freedoms, honour, privacy or the image of third parties and, in general, current regulations.
- Not to introduce, store or disseminate through the Website any computer program, data, virus, code, or any other electronic or physical instrument or device that is likely to cause damage to the Website, to any of the services, or to any of the equipment, systems or networks of LINGUALOGIC, any User, LINGUALOGIC's Suppliers or Distributors or in general of any third party, capable of causing any type of alteration or impeding the normal functioning of the same.
- Impersonating other users, providing false or inaccurate data, or carrying out any action that may mislead about the identity of the user.
- Not to introduce, store or disseminate through the Website any content that infringes the regulations of intellectual or industrial property or the rights of third parties, or in general any content of which they do not have, in accordance with the law, the right to make it available to third parties.
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available or in any other way publicly communicating the contents of the Website without the express authorisation of the holder of the corresponding rights.
- Carrying out acts of spamming, unauthorised advertising or mass sending of emails through the forms on the Website.
3.2. Access and Use of Content.

LINGUALOGIC will not be liable for damages of any nature arising from the use that Users make of the Website, as well as the Contents or services offered therein, in contravention of these T&Cs or the law.

Those persons who intend to establish hyperlinks between their website and the Website must observe and comply with the following conditions:

The declaration of any of the clauses contained in these T&Cs as null, invalid or ineffective shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining clauses, which shall remain binding between the parties.

The processing of personal data is regulated in the Privacy Policy and the installation of coolies in the Cookies Policy, both available on the Website.
- NOTIFICATIONS.
For the purposes of making the appropriate notifications, LINGUALOGIC designates the contact address specified in the Legal Notice.
The email address that the User may provide during the registration process on the Website, if there is any registration, will be the one used by LINGUALOGIC for the purpose of notifying the User.
The User is obliged to keep the data referred to in this clause duly updated for the purposes of notifications.
All Notifications made by LINGUALOGIC to the User will be considered validly made if they have been made using the data and through the means indicated above. LINGUALOGIC is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to the violation by the User of their obligation to keep their contact details up to date.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.
These T&Cs shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law.
Any dispute relating to the conditions of use and access to this Website contained in this document of the UGC of the Website, the parties will submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless otherwise determined by law, to the corresponding Courts.
